Hexazn, a part of Hexazn Systems, is an independent web hosting and infrastructure service provider offering a wide range of hosting solutions. By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS), our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Privacy Policy, and Client Verification Policy.
Hexazn offers shared hosting, VPS, unmanaged VPS, BDIX hosting, dedicated servers, BDIX dedicated servers, BDIX colocation, and other web services. The services you purchase will be detailed in your selected plan.
Services are typically activated instantly, but dedicated server provisioning may take 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during sign-up to avoid delays or service issues.
We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for shared hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server. Downtime due to scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters is excluded.
Services are billed monthly, annually, or per the selected plan.
Payments must be made in advance for each billing cycle.
Shared hosting and unmanaged VPS services are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee.
A partial refund will be applicable for Dedicated Servers and can be claimed within 7 days.
Domain registration, SSL certificates, IP PBX, and colocation services are non-refundable once activated.
Refunds are void in case of AUP violations.
Accounts unpaid after the due date may be suspended after 3 days.
Termination may occur after 7 days of non-payment.
Hexazn requires all clients to complete identity verification via Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols before or during service activation. Acceptable documents include:
Failure to complete the verification process may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
You must not use Hexazn services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
We monitor client activity to ensure compliance.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Repeat offenders will be blacklisted.
Report abuse or unauthorized activity to abuse@hexazn.com.
Send abuse reports with details (logs, timestamps, IPs) to abuse@hexazn.com.
Clients have 48 hours to respond and resolve the issue once notified.
Temporary suspension for unresolved issues after 48 hours.
Permanent termination for continued non-compliance.
Blacklisting for repeated abuse cases.
Phishing, fraud, spamming, malware hosting, DDoS launching, copyright violations, illegal content, and resource abuse.
Clients can appeal with supporting evidence. Reactivation is subject to approval.
We fully cooperate with Bangladeshi and international authorities when required.
We provide complimentary daily backups for shared hosting and VPS, but they are not guaranteed.
Clients must maintain independent backups of critical data.

Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat, ticket, phone call, and email.
Support is limited to Hexazn-provided services. We do not support third-party apps/scripts.
Hexazn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in Bangladeshi courts.
